Achieving quick turnover, our staff obtained oversaw the horizontal enlargement of this market-rate four-family, three-story plus basement and cellar rental in one of the hottest neighborhoods in Brooklyn, converting each unit into a luxury condominium, providing sizeable capital gains to the developer's investment portfolio.

We were tapped to oversee the design and construction of the St. John's Recreation Center's Music and Recording Studio. The studio was designed and constructed to attenuate the sounds of the recreation center, achieving a rating of over 70 STC. This soundproof environment provides a professional setting for Crown Heights teenagers to express their ambitions through music and song.
